"After being away from Motorcycles for more than ten years it was nice to find someone who could walk me through the process for getting parts mainly tires for a bike that is over 14 years old 1994 SECA II. Yes they were oddly sized in that year but Boots was able to get me the best tires on the market for a bike I plan to use commuting. Sure they could have sold me more expensive tires but, they gave me the best deal on the set for the application. I could not be happier, they even got me in contact with someone who could mount and balance them the very next day. HAPPY TO SAY THE LEAST, I will refer all of my friends to You!!

"I needed new tires so I shopped around and then 2 friends told me about Cycle Parts Now. There prices were comparable to everyone else but...The customer interaction between was awesome...it was nice to order parts from someone that seemed to be interested in more than just selling me a product. John was extremely knowledgeable about what I was looking for not what he wanted to sell me but what I wanted...I had enough faith I told him to order what I needed on a description...he did I could not be happier with his choice...not only do I feel like I have a new supplier but also a friend..

"Coming back to bike riding after 31 years,I knew that what was needed,was a very reliable source for all of the extras. I never believed in on line buying,until I heard about Cycle Parts Now. My kids, live in the area, and told me I should look into this excellent source. The one of many things that really impressed me, was the knowledge, of this industry had changed so much, yet two people have pulled together, and built a quality business. "I stumbled upon CyclePartsNow purely by accident, but what a goldmine of knowledge, service, professionalism and honesty. This is the first, last and only place I go for parts and supplies. If you're looking for some rare and hard to come-by part, give them a couple days to get it. If you seek the impossible, you might have to wait a day or two longer! "When my friend told me about this place I had to see for myself, and am I glad I did. The shop is small enough to care about taking time with the customer and also being able to get what I really want. The owner calls it an emergency room, he has just about what ever you need for your motorcycle and you as a driver. If they do not have exactly what you are looking for, they can order and usually have it in the next day. Did I happen to mention that they have OEM parts and they sell below retail? Great fast service and friendly too! Truly a shop worth visiting. If you pass this place by you are doing you and your motorcycle an injustice."

"When a friend told me about Cyclepartsnow I had to see for myself. You will not beat the prices anywhere else. I checked other dealers and online and he was right. I ordered a set of Cobra slip-ons for my 05 VTX1800R & Show Chrome saddlebags supports, the prices we truly unbeatable. And to top it off they even dropped the parts off to me at my work the NEXT DAY!!! How's that for service!!! I know where to go to get everything I need for my bike! If you didn't get it here you probably paid too much.

"Boots and John have been more than helpful with all my motorcycle needs. They carry quality merchandise at affordable prices. The hours are good and they have been more than willing to stick around long after closing time to take care of their customers. They are there when you need them, and that is a quality that you can't even find in a lot of friends.
I use their business because I am not in the mood for bullshit and I need some REAL HELP with any problem related to my bike.

I've been a customer since they first opened their store, after being feedup with feeling like just another number @ some of the other stores.
I've bought several parts & apparel items and have never been dissatified with the quality nor the timely matter that I received them in.
I usually have a general idea of what I need but not the specifics. They always pointing me in the right direction and take care of the rest.
